You also need to consider adding Climate-Control to your storage facility. 

What is the difference between a climate-controlled self-storage building and a self-storage building?  The biggest difference is the climate control self-storage building is temperature always controlled, usually between 50 and 60 degrees. 

The main benefit of climate-controlled buildings is you can service cliental that you wouldn’t reach with regular storage. Your rental income on climate control is much greater as well.

What kinds of items should be stored in climate-controlled buildings?  Furniture and nice keep sakes are popular. Doctors and lawyers also like to keep items in these units.   The uses are endless.  As long as there is a need for items to remain at a constant temperature.


How many different self-storage unit sizes are offered?  We can do a variety of unit sizes but typically the most popular sizes are 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20 and 10x30.
