The Reserve at Gearhart Breaks Ground

(PRWEB) July 18, 2007 -- The owners of The Reserve at Gearhart  are excited to announce that home construction has begun. Lot 33 was the first to break ground and will be built by local builder Gearhart Homes LLC. Gearhart Homes also has plans to begin five spec homes during the next 30-days.
