Suburban Steel to Provide Structural and Ornamental Steel for Condo Development(PRWEB) September 7, 2006 -- Residential and commercial structural and miscellaneous steel supplier and fabricator Suburban Steel Supply has been contracted to provide both structural and ornamental steel for two Rockford Homes condominium units.
The two building units are part of the luxury condominium development, Simsbury Place, located in suburban Columbus, Ohio (Zip Code 43085).
Suburban Steel will detail, fabricate, deliver and erect approximately 35 tons of structural steel to the site for each building. Suburban Steel is also fabricating and installing a series of ornamental pieces, which include exterior railings, ladders and grilles.
The project will cover a total of 48,912 square feet. Erection work on the first project, located at 805 Proprietors Road, is scheduled to begin in late October with a completion date estimated for spring 2007. Suburban Steel is collaborating with Rockford Homes and National Realty on the project.
