RBA Engineer Contributes Article to Structure Magazine

(PRWEB) October 30, 2005 -- Matthew G. Yerkey of Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C., in Troy, New York, recently authored an article titled, “Raising the Bar on Bridge Jacking” for Structure magazine.
