pacvan.com) has won Best of Show at the Modular Building Institute’s annual convention—this year winning two of the three 2006 awards. The MBI Awards of Distinction are given annually to recognize the world’s best modular building projects. The projects are scored in categories of: A. Architectural excellence; B. Technical innovation; C. Cost effectiveness/energy efficiency; D. Calendar days to complete.

Pac-Van modular buildings received five awards – two 1st Place, two Best of Show, and an Honorable Mention. The Centex Destinations Sales Pavilion, pictured right, won 1st Place in the Retail/Hospitality over 2000 sq.ft. category, and also took Best of Show for Temporary Applications.
