With a softening market inspiring builders to look closer for selling advantages, the company feels the sheer dominance of this show warrants a continued strong presence for 2008. After years of exhibiting in the South Hall, however, they will be moving to the West Hall to better reflect the longevity and reliability of the Dryerbox.

Since the Dryerbox is tried and true, and it is being installed in such a high percentage of new homes, we felt that being alongside some of the older, more established brands that are often associated with the West Hall made a bit more sense," explained Dryerbox Marketing Chief, Todd Peach. "We still have innovative new lines like the
Dryer-Ell," he continued, "but the Dryerbox is truly becoming ubiquitous in the building and HVAC trades. We just wish to treat the brand with the respect it deserves."
One of the big drivers of the Dryerbox's acceptance is the fact that 40 dryers burst into flames every day across the U.S., often due to venting problems. Installing the Dryerbox dramatically reduces the risk of dryer fires. Show attendees will be able to see, first hand, the considerable resources the company has amassed for learning about proper installation techniques at the new West Hall booth location of W2287.
"Every year builders specifically come to our IBS booth just to say hello again and to tell us how the Dryerbox has helped them," Dryerbox President Rick Harpenau replied when asked about the move. "They've come to expect us in the South Hall, so we were a little concerned the move might make us miss some of those talks. That's why we would like to get the word out now about our new location."
