July 23, 2005 –- Custom Garage Interiors™ teams up with several Seattle Street of Dreams builders to create customized “dream” garages and workshops for the 2005 event.

Custom Garage Interiors (CGI) begins the magic with the first house on the tour, Aston Villa, built by Cramer Construction. This remarkable home has a three-car garage on the main level with a two-car garage/showroom on the lower level.
To achieve the desired look in the main garage, CGI installed Dynotile™ - a new, durable interlocking floor tile. The tiles were installed in a checkerboard configuration using Dynotile’s Obsidian and Slate colors. To accommodate plenty of work and storage space, CGI then added Onrax™ overhead storage racks and Gladiator™ work benches and cabinets. As part of the display in the lower level garage, a.k.a. “Ultimate Playroom,” Dynotile™ was set in the same checkerboard layout with Obsidian and Sahara colored tiles to complement the existing room décor.
Heading down the street to the exquisite Tamarack Lodge, built by The Redman/CJ Design & Construction Company, show-goers will find the handiwork of Custom Garage Interiors again in the three car garage featuring Onrax™ adjustable height overhead storage units.
And, just two more houses down at the magnificent Kaslo estate, builder JT Construction Management utilizes two of the industrial strength 4’x8’ Onrax™ storage units and a Dynotile™ floor in the workshop, plus three additional overhead racks in the main garage to keep stored items up and out of the way.
Last, but certainly not least, toward the end of the block Dynotile™ outfits a completely different type of space in the charming classic “Chatham House,” built by Parmenter Homes. The Make a Wish theme room in Chatham House is an exercise room endorsed by the Seattle Seahawks and Matt Hasselbeck.
The room comes fully equipped with training equipment and a custom Dynotile floor in Platinum and Arctic blue colors to accentuate the Seahawks motif. The securely interlocked tiles provide a tough, bacteria-resistant floor system that will keep the dirt, sweat and tears on top of the surface for easy cleaning.
