In addition to the expanded call center, the new office includes a dedicated operations center where the company monitors service at each of its 40 campuses across the country. "The new center allows me to track each truck at each campus via a GPS system embedded in cell phones that each driver carries," said Justin Keane, Director of Operations. Collegeboxes.com also announced that students at more than 30 campuses who are studying abroad for the spring semester can sign up right now for Study Abroad Storage. This unique service includes a pickup in the student's room, storage for 9 months in our climate controlled facility, and delivery back to the student's room when they return to school next fall.
