The lofts' artistic expression is highlighted by the work of Alex Kovacs, famed New York sculptor. A contemporary Kovacs original sculpture will adorn the grounds of the completed Chelsea Lofts Condominium Project and the sculpture was recently unveiled by the developer.
We have already had the unveiling of the sculpture and the topping-out party and are entering the final stages of construction. Occupany is slated for Summer, 2007.
