Approver.com Adds Customization Features for Document Collaboration

(PRWEB) July 10, 2007 -- Approver.com, a leading hosted solution for online document collaboration and review, today announced a new feature that enables users to customize and personalize the site. The feature, called Approver.com Themes, makes it easy for Approver.com users to change the appearance of the document review page, to add their corporate logo, contact information, and web links.

“  Our users have told us that they want ways to simply and securely share documents online with colleagues and customers
For corporate and institutional users, Approver.com provides several advantages over traditional methods of document review. Users receive alerts when their documents are viewed and approved by colleagues, and the latest version of the document is always displayed along with reviewer status and comments on a single page.

The ability to design your own document review page provides a professional advantage that you can't get with a simple email attachment or commodity file-sharing site. The new customization features extend Approver.com's suitability for individuals and businesses of all sizes, according to the site's CEO, Jeffrey McManus.

"Our users have told us that they want ways to simply and securely share documents online with colleagues and customers," said McManus. "The ability to design your own document review page provides a professional advantage that you can't get with a simple email attachment or commodity file-sharing site."

The new features are being made available free of charge for all users of the site. Regular users may upgrade to the Approver.com Pro account, which enables unlimited document creation and storage of 1 gigabyte online.

Founded in 2006, Approver.com provides a hosted solution for document review. The site's CEO, Jeffrey McManus, is a veteran of several technology start-ups and worked in platform product management for eBay and Yahoo!. Users can register and try the site for free at http://www.approver.com/
